Bargains and Buyouts offers the following Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return it to us for a full refund of the value less 15% restocking fee.  We will issue a refund for the item in question after you:

• Obtain a return authorization number from us within 48 hours after receiving the item.

• Ship the item back to us in the original packaging with all of the originally sent accessories and/or documentation listed in the original auction within 5 days of receiving item.

• Canadian Customers complete the customs documents to include NO VALUE RETURN TO SENDER! on all documents including the shipping waybill.

• Give us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

We do not refund PayPal or Shipping Fees.  We will however refund the shipping fees on items that were shipped in error on our part.
