This has is made in the islands of Scotland's Outer Hebrides, It has the classic orb and Maltese Cross trademark of Harris Tweed. 100% virgin wool from sheep that graze the windswept isles, finished on home looms in crofters on the island of Lewis The tweed is shipped to Manchester, England, where the hatters of Failsworth Hats construct the hat using over 100 years of hatmaking experience. treated with a hydrophillic membrane that prevents water from permeating the fibers yet allows your head to breathe. Reversible, the interior is made of waterproof brown corduroy.
